For 'Add to Cart' products on the website

There are 3 easy ways you can place an order with SuperiorSaunas.com:

  1. ONLINE (USA only): Add items to your shopping cart. Enter your zip code to preview shipping & handling. Checkout by entering your contact information / delivery address and payment information on our secure server. If you need to call and add items after your web order is submitted, a $5 processing fee is added. Superior Saunas is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business
  2. BY PHONE: Toll Free 877-872-2806. We just need description and price of each item to write order. Before calling to order, we recommend you 'Add to Cart' all items and print out shopping cart page if you won't be in front of a computer when ordering by phone. We'll quote shipping/handling and order total. NOTE: Canada and other International orders are accepted by phone only. CANADA residents: We can easily ship to a Parcel Service Center such as Ryden's Border Store which is only 54 miles (88km) south of Thunder Bay, Ontario.   3. BY FAX: to 715-746-2168. Write your order with description and price of each item and fax in. We will estimate shipping and call you for payment information to complete the order.

For 'Call to Order' products on the website

Call 1-877-872-2806 and we can calculate shipping and order total. These larger items are custom made and usually ship to you by freight carrier on pallets. Pallet shipped orders can be simply unloaded by hand in bundles at your driveway or unloaded from truck with onsite forklift. Another option if you live in the upper Midwest, is to drive to our Factory/Retail location in Northern Wisconsin and pickup your order. 

SAUNA HEATERS: To order a Sauna Heater we only need to know the size of your sauna room and the supplied voltage and phase, for example 240v 1 phase (usually residential) or 208v 3 phase (usually commercial). Most electric sauna heaters ship by Fedex Ground. Wood Burning and Gas Sauna Stoves ship securely on pallet by freight carrier truck.

DO-IT-YOURSELF SAUNA PARTS & COMPONENTS: It is helpful if you first review our Sauna Components Choices page and fill out our Custom Sauna Planner form, which covers details and information we need to complete your order. You can even sketch your ideas with benches, heater and door placement, etc. Return form to us for a quotation on items and shipping/handling. With your approval of the quotation, we will request payment information, process order and enter into production.
