Inspired by midcentury coastal cabins, the Oblique sauna is made of 4" thick solid wood walls. Lined with aromatic western red cedar from Canada, the Oblique offers consistent, enveloping heat and a distinctive angled roof that delivers that unforgettable löyly experience.

What is the lead time?

Production lead times vary by model and configuration and are provided as estimates at the time of your order. We'll provide tracking information once your unit is handed to the carrier.

What site preparation is needed?

Your sauna requires a level, stable, load-bearing base. A concrete slab, concrete footings, or a deck all work well depending on your site and local requirements. Placement on pavers is possible, though we recommend concrete footings for long-term stability and precise leveling. We'll provide site preparation guidance after your order is confirmed.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes can be requested before your production payment is confirmed. Once production has begun, changes are not possible. Contact info@superiorsaunas.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.

How is the sauna delivered?

Sauna units ship via common carrier freight. Delivery is curbside to the nearest accessible point at your property. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

How long does assembly take?

Assembly time varies by model. The Oblique is designed to be installed in 4 hours. A professional installation team should find the process straightforward. We're happy to help you plan. Contact us at info@superiorsaunas.com.

Can my sauna be delivered fully assembled?

Depending on your site conditions, fully assembled delivery may be available. This typically requires coordinating the use of a crane or loader to position the sauna on-site, and includes a pre-delivery site assessment and additional costs. Receive your full quote with delivery window
Once confirmed, we send a complete invoice that includes your delivery window & shipping cost. Shipping cost varies by location and access. We will quote the best price available.
Pay the rest of the balance to begin production
Pay by online via a shared link. Once the full balance is received, production begins & your production slot is locked in. Your deposit is fully refundable at any point before you pay the balance.
