    Description

    Amerec's Club 190 Steam Door is an attractive, heavy glass door with a sturdy aluminum frame that is an excellent choice for commercial steam bath applications. The standard door size of 36" wide X 84" high is designed to fit a finished opening of 40" X 86". Custom sizes are available, the door & shipping cost will change. See below.

    Each door comes with factory installed push / pull handles and a hydraulic closer that is to be mounted on the exterior side of the door to minimize corrosion. The Club 190 comes standard with 1/4" tempered glass. An optional 1" insulated glass panel provides increased thermal efficiency. An optional Bronze door frame is also available.

    Standard lead time for production is 15 business days plus transit time.

    Club 190 Commercial Steam Room Door

    Our standard Club 190 commercial steam room door is a narrow stile, aluminum storefront door consisting of:

    • 2” stiles, 2 ½” top rail and 10” bottom rail.
    • Snap on glazing stops for ¼” glazing are 5/8” profile
    • Door opening is 3’ 0” x 7’ 0”
    • Frame size is 39 1/2” x 85 3/4”
    • All weather stripping is manufactured by Schlegel and is placed in the door stiles, in the blade (or fin) stop of the frame, jambs, and header.

    The standard Club 190 door includes:

    • Door sweeps.
    • Butt hinges.
    • No lock – no prep.
    • Our standard pull handle (exterior) and push bar (interior).
    • Framing includes a 4” threshold with a 1/2” rise (ADA handicap approved).

    What is the timeline for shipping?

    Ground Shipping

    We utilize FedEx and USPS for shipping our ground orders. We ship Mon-Fri. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once a shipment has been created you will receive the tracking information via email. Typical fulfillment time is 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Transit times can fluctuate depending on the shipping address, but are usually delivered in 2-4 days. 

    Expedited Shipping

    If you are interested in expedited shipping (overnight or 2-day) please reach out to our helpful sales team. Please call 1-877-872-2806 or email info@superiorsaunas.com. We use FedEx for all expedited orders. Orders must be made before 12pm to ship the same day.

    What should I expect with freight orders?

    Once a freight order is placed (door, heater, lumber, prefab, etc.) it enters our fulfillment queue and is packed in the order it was received. Typical fulfillment times are 2-3 weeks. Once an order is ready to ship you will receive the tracking information from our carrier (Valley Companies). You may need to check your SPAM/Junk folder because these emails can be filtered there. Please allow 1-2 weeks for transit time. The delivering terminal will reach out 24 hrs. in advance of the delivery. You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. The shipment is delivered curbside or to the first dry location. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. *Note we cannot guarantee delivery timelines and work off estimates with the shipping company directly.

    What is the return window?

    Return may be made if it was sent by Ground Shipping and must be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.

    If it is shipped by Freight, your return is dealt with on a case-by-case-basis.

    We will not accept returns for any custom products.
