Cariitti's complete ready-to-install ceiling lighting set includes a VPAC27 US projector and a glass fiber harness of 75 or 100 tails. With the Starlight light set you can create a glimmering starlight sky in the ceiling of your sauna.
The fibers are made of glass, and they tolerate heat up to 356 °F.
ADVANTAGES OF GLASS FIBER LIGHTING IN SAUNA USE
- Glass fiber withstands high temperatures up to +356 f (180c) which is essential in sauna use.
- There is no electricity in the fibers, they only emit light.
- There are no electronics in the fibers; Fibers have no wearing parts which means they last forever or at least until your next renovation, and they can even be reused.
- Glass fiber lights are practically maintenance free, the only maintenance point is the projector, which has a service life of 50 000 h.
- When comparing with LED strips, it is important to pay attention not only to the purchase price, but to the maintenance costs as well.

Light switch is not included. We recommend using a regular light switch (push-to-dim) with your sauna light set, such as: Leviton switch 5655-2W or Zooz Momentary Push-Button in-Wall Switch ZAC99 from Amazon.
ARE CARIITTI LIGHTING SETS DIMMABLE?
Yes, Cariitti sauna light sets are dimmable. Cariitti lighting sets can be dimmed with a regular push-to-dim dimmer, such as: Leviton switch 5655-2W or Zooz Momentary Push-Button in-Wall Switch ZAC99. The dimmer is not included in the Cariitti sets but can easily be bought from your local hardware store or Amazon.
Cariitti has tested the Leviton model 5655-2W, and it works as a dimmer because the driver in the light set has a dimming function in it. The same switch may not work with other light sources but with the Cariitti lighting sets it works for on/off and dimming:- Short push - on/off
- Longer press – dim down/brighter up
- When you stop pressing the switch, the level of brightness stays as is

FAQs
What is the timeline for shipping?
Ground Shipping
We utilize FedEx and USPS for shipping our ground orders. We ship Mon-Fri. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once a shipment has been created you will receive the tracking information via email. Typical fulfillment time is 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Transit times can fluctuate depending on the shipping address, but are usually delivered in 2-4 days.
Expedited Shipping
If you are interested in expedited shipping (overnight or 2-day) please reach out to our helpful sales team. Please call 1-877-872-2806 or email info@superiorsaunas.com. We use FedEx for all expedited orders. Orders must be made before 12pm to ship the same day.
What should I expect with freight orders?
Once a freight order is placed (door, heater, lumber, prefab, etc.) it enters our fulfillment queue and is packed in the order it was received. Typical fulfillment times are 2-3 weeks. Once an order is ready to ship you will receive the tracking information from our carrier (Valley Companies). You may need to check your SPAM/Junk folder because these emails can be filtered there. Please allow 1-2 weeks for transit time. The delivering terminal will reach out 24 hrs. in advance of the delivery. You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. The shipment is delivered curbside or to the first dry location. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. *Note we cannot guarantee delivery timelines and work off estimates with the shipping company directly.
What is the return window?
Return may be made if it was sent by Ground Shipping and must be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.
If it is shipped by Freight, your return is dealt with on a case-by-case-basis.
We will not accept returns for any custom products.
