Description
These organic rain-drop shaped outdoor saunas are the newest sensation to hit the outdoor sauna market. The extra head-space and wonderful design comes in various sizes and in Clear Western Red Cedar with endless options, so you can customize your own outdoor sauna. The roof slant makes the pod an excellent choice for northern winters.
With your Outdoor POD Sauna you must either order bevel siding or cedar shingles to make the finished product water tight. You can order the kit without an extra roofing material, but it is recommended that you install your own asphalt shingles or other roofing material on top.

Outdoor sauna kits are packed in solid 7/16" plywood crates with 2 x4 frames to keep your material safe during transport. The 8' x 6' and 8' x 7' Pod sauna kits will be delivered with a tailgate (lift gate) service. The 8' x 8' Pod sauna kit will need two people, lifting equipment or a building crew on site to help with the unloading. Flat rate freight shipping to the lower 48 US or pickup is available at our Ashland, Wisconsin showroom. Please call to order if planning on pickup at our location.

FAQs
What is the timeline for shipping?
Ground Shipping
We utilize FedEx and USPS for shipping our ground orders. We ship Mon-Fri. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once a shipment has been created you will receive the tracking information via email. Typical fulfillment time is 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Transit times can fluctuate depending on the shipping address, but are usually delivered in 2-4 days.
Expedited Shipping
If you are interested in expedited shipping (overnight or 2-day) please reach out to our helpful sales team. Please call 1-877-872-2806 or email info@superiorsaunas.com. We use FedEx for all expedited orders. Orders must be made before 12pm to ship the same day.
What should I expect with freight orders?
Freight Shipping
Once a freight order is placed (door, heater, lumber, prefab, etc.) it enters our fulfillment queue and is packed in the order it was received. Typical fulfillment times are 2-3 weeks. Once an order is ready to ship you will receive the tracking information from our carrier (Valley Companies). You may need to check your SPAM/Junk folder because these emails can be filtered there. Please allow 1-2 weeks for transit time. The delivering terminal will reach out 24 hrs. in advance of the delivery. You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. The shipment is delivered curbside or to the first dry location. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. *Note we cannot guarantee delivery timelines and work off estimates with the shipping company directly.
What is the return window?
Return may be made if it was sent by Ground Shipping and must be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.
If it is shipped by Freight, your return is dealt with on a case-by-case-basis.
We will not accept returns for any custom products.
