Our Clear (knot-free) Western Red Cedar has natural aromatic qualities and stays cooler to the touch, while Aspen is a lighter, non-resinous hardwood that is ideal if you want a bright interior look and may be sensitive to the aroma of cedar. Both are excellent choices for sauna environments.
