Western red cedar wood paneling, heater, door, trim and all the accessories you need to get started in a custom liner kit. Just add our interior sauna liner kit to your pre-built framed, insulated and wired structure. The kit comes with assembly instructions and can be installed by anyone with moderate carpentry skills. Our sauna liner kits include wood paneling for walls/ceiling, door, trim kits, benches, vapor barrier foil, nails/fasteners, vents, sauna heater, bucket and ladle, and detailed installation instructions. They’re designed for use in pre-framed, insulated and wired sauna structures.
What wood type should I choose — cedar or aspen?
Our Clear (knot-free) Western Red Cedar has natural aromatic qualities and stays cooler to the touch, while Aspen is a lighter, non-resinous hardwood that is ideal if you want a bright interior look and may be sensitive to the aroma of cedar. Both are excellent choices for sauna environments.
Do I need a contractor to install a sauna liner kit?
No — the kits are designed for DIY installation with moderate carpentry skills. However, hiring a local contractor can speed up the process and ensure perfect fitment.
How long does it take to install a liner kit?
Most homeowners can install their sauna liner kit in a weekend if framing, insulation, and wiring are complete beforehand.
