When: Open Thursdays - Sundays from Jan 23-Feb 2. 60 or 90 minute sessions in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

What: The majority of our sauna sessions are self-guided “Open Steams”. Visitors are welcome to go at their own pace and move between different saunas. Special programs, including family days, forest bathing, and more!
