Your deposit reserves your unit but does not include shipping or installation costs. Once we receive your deposit, a sales specialist will follow up with a full, itemized quote.

2. Receive Your Full Quote (Including Shipping & Logistics)

Because a sauna delivery varies by region and property access, shipping and installation, the cost can range from $1,000–$12,000+, depending on distance, terrain, and whether crane services are required. We will review all logistics with you and provide a final price before your order moves forward to ensure the delivery goes without a hitch!

3. Approve & Pay in Full to Begin Production

Your deposit remains fully refundable until you approve the final quote and complete full payment. Once full payment is submitted, production begins and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

4. Why We Require Payment in Full Before Production

To maintain accurate production timelines for all customers, we only begin manufacturing once the full balance is paid. This ensures:

• No production delays caused by last-minute cancellations
