Harvia Fenix WiFi takes your sauna experience to another level. This intelligent 4.3” glass touchscreen control panel is designed for effortless control of your sauna with a user-friendly interface. You can adjust temperature and humidity and control your sauna heater, ventilation, and lighting with just a touch. The Harvia Fenix WiFi control panel is compatible with the MyHarvia mobile app and features 3 predefined presets that you can customize for your liking and also create your favorites. Fenix WiFi learns your sauna heater heating curve and provides a smart timer to heat your sauna whenever you want it ready. The installation of the Fenix WiFi control panel is easy and it has a built-in setup wizard to guide you through the installation process. Harvia Fenix WiFi control panels provide a plug-and-play update for Harvia Xenio control panels. The Fenix control panel can be installed inside sauna or bathroom or to your living room. This Harvia Fenix WiFi smart control panel add-on kit includes MyHarvia Control subscription.

FAQs
What is the timeline for shipping?
Ground Shipping
We utilize FedEx and USPS for shipping our ground orders. We ship Mon-Fri. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once a shipment has been created you will receive the tracking information via email. Typical fulfillment time is 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Transit times can fluctuate depending on the shipping address, but are usually delivered in 2-4 days.
Expedited Shipping
If you are interested in expedited shipping (overnight or 2-day) please reach out to our helpful sales team. Please call 1-877-872-2806 or email info@superiorsaunas.com. We use FedEx for all expedited orders. Orders must be made before 12pm to ship the same day.
What should I expect with freight orders?
Once a freight order is placed (door, heater, lumber, prefab, etc.) it enters our fulfillment queue and is packed in the order it was received. Typical fulfillment times are 2-3 weeks. Once an order is ready to ship you will receive the tracking information from our carrier (Valley Companies). You may need to check your SPAM/Junk folder because these emails can be filtered there. Please allow 1-2 weeks for transit time. The delivering terminal will reach out 24 hrs. in advance of the delivery. You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. The shipment is delivered curbside or to the first dry location. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. *Note we cannot guarantee delivery timelines and work off estimates with the shipping company directly.
What is the return window?
Return may be made if it was sent by Ground Shipping and must be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.
If it is shipped by Freight, your return is dealt with on a case-by-case-basis.
We will not accept returns for any custom products.
